Job Description

The opportunity to make a real impact on the next generation of skilled professionals. As a facilitator of learning, you’ll support student success through hands-on training, guidance, and assessment, shaping their journey from student to confident professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and Facilitate Learning : Deliver, assess, and continuously improve Skills-approved courses, fostering a dynamic and supportive learning environment for students.
• Support Student Success : Provide coaching, guidance, and timely feedback on student progress.
• Maintain Training Centre Quality : Ensure the training centre is well-prepared and resourced.
• Promote Health & Safety : Actively engage in and model well-being and health practices, adhering to Skills’ Health & Safety Policies.
• Collaborate for Excellence : Work closely with the Learning Manager to uphold standards in course delivery and training centre maintenance.
