As a facilitator of learning, you’ll support student success through hands-on training, guidance, and assessment, shaping their journey from student to confident professional. You\'ll have the opportunity to lead course delivery, contribute to course development, and provide a nurturing environment that promotes growth and learning. By ensuring the training centre is well-maintained and prioritising a safe, supportive space for all, you\'ll play an essential role in empowering learners to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities

• Engage and Facilitate Learning : Deliver, assess, and continuously improve Skills-approved courses, fostering a dynamic and supportive learning environment for students in both block and day-release formats.
• Support Student Success : Provide coaching, guidance, and timely feedback on student progress, collaborating with Learning Managers and Apprentice Mentors to ensure achievement and well-being.
• Maintain Training Centre Quality : Ensure the training centre is well-prepared and resourced, coordinating with the Learning Manager for any immediate needs, tools, or equipment.
• Promote Health & Safety : Actively engage in and model well-being and health practices, adhering to Skills’ Health & Safety Policies, and promptly reporting any incidents or risks.
• Collaborate for Excellence : Work closely with the Learning Manager to uphold standards in course delivery and training centre maintenance, always striving to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
