This role
As a Sales Development Representative you will work with the NZ Sales Team, reporting to the Sales Development Manager. You will be instrumental in shaping Employment Hero’s growth by driving a significant increase in qualified leads and opportunities, directly contributing to our mission of revolutionising workforce management. This role can be based anywhere in New Zealand.
Your key focus areas will include :
Generating new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails.Identifying and nurturing key decision-makers within your assigned accounts to spark interest in our solutions.Collaborating with Account Executives to route promising opportunities for further development and closure.Maintaining and growing your prospect database, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified leads.Performing engaging online demos to prospects as needed.Who you are

1+ years of proven high-volume outbound B2B sales experience.Experience with tools like Sales LinkedIn Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo and Outreach.A track record of over-achieving on targets.Strong phone presence and resilience to be on the phone all day.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong listening and presentation skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.What we can offer
