Overview

Raumati South School is seeking an inspiring teacher to join our fabulous school community. This position is permanent and starts 2026, and is in the Y7–8 area of the school. We are looking for an outstanding practitioner of integrated curriculum, who can build positive relationships, and have fun along the way. If you have experience in a collaborative environment then that is a real advantage. If not, but have a growth mind set, are adaptable and motivated please apply.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality lessons in the Y7–8 area with a focus on integrated curriculum, build positive relationships with students and staff, support student wellbeing and progress, collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practice.

Qualifications

Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher. Subjects include : English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts.
