Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer / Engineering Geologist, Napier Hawkes Bay

To meet this growing need, we're looking for a Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist with some Project Management experience to join our Geotechnical Discipline in Napier / Hawkes Bay. Ideally, you'll have experience in an engineering consultancy or construction, and will play a pivotal role in both supporting local relationships and identifying and developing wider opportunities for T+T.

This is a busy and exciting role, one that will allow you to get stuck into some of our essential Hawkes Bay projects, while working alongside a range of technical experts.

Some of the exciting projects you'd be supporting include :

• Flood protection and river engineering (including stopbanks and asset development)
• Land development and subdivisions (geotech and stormwater design)
• Landfill development and construction
• Three waters infrastructure (pipe networks, reservoir design, pump stations, and asset protection)
• Roading and transport design (civil and geotechnical aspects)
• Coastal protection and resilience works
