A bit about the role...

As a Team Member at Mitre 10 MEGA Petone, you will need strong personal values aligned with ours and a work ethic that drives success.

You will be involved in various areas and responsible for providing excellent service to our customers.

Daily responsibilities include offering exceptional in-store and after-sales service, answering customer queries, assisting with purchases, maintaining stock integrity, merchandising, and enhancing your product knowledge to improve the customer experience.

To be successful, you must have :

A passion for providing excellent customer service

Previous customer service experience (preferable)

The ability to build strong relationships with customers

High accuracy and attention to detail

Confidence in decision-making

Proficiency with computers

An outgoing, positive, and friendly personality

Willingness to learn about Power Tools

Good physical fitness, as you will be on your feet during shifts

We are seeking a Full-Time Team Member for our Tuesday to Saturday roster.
