Management Accounant

Archway Recruitment is proud to be partnering with Te R6bnanga o Toa Rangatira to recruit a Management Accountant.As a Management Accountant, youll play a key role in supporting the Finance Business Partner and wider finance team.

Youll be responsible for month-end reporting, variance analysis, and ensuring accurate financial data to support business decisions.You will gain exposure across budgeting, forecasting, systems improvement, and financial analysis—building a strong platform for career growth in finance and business partnering.What Youll Be DoingPrepare journals, reconciliations, and monthly reporting packsSupport financial analysis and provide insights into results vs budget / forecastAssist with budgeting and forecasting processesMaintain accuracy of financial data and support ERP system improvementsRespond to audit requests and ensure compliance with accounting standardsCollaborate across the organisation to lift financial literacy and add valueWhat were looking for : A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or CommerceCA / CPA qualified or working towards it2–3 yearsexperience in accounting (audit, assistant accountant, financial / management accounting)Strong Excel and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detailThe ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholdersAn interest in learning and developing into a more business-facing roleWhy This role : This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an iwi organisation with a strong vision for the future, grounded in values of manaakitanga, integrity, and leadership.
