About the role

This is a full time opportunity for candidates with experience in customer sales and service or have experience using SAP’s CRM software. Join a great team with over 60 years’ experience between them and most of have been there for over 10 years!

  • Full time role, Monday – Friday
  • Fixed hours from – 5pm
  • Easy to get to office on the North Shore of Auckland

    • What you have to do

  • Process orders received by phone, email, web shop, CRM and over the counter
  • Manage products / services enquiries and complaints
  • Use the SAP system to input and progress orders in real time
  • Be up to date with your knowledge of the range of dental products and solutions
  • Sell and promote the product range to customers dentists, the DHB’s and health professionals
  • Assist the warehouse team occasionally with picking of stock when the workload is low in the call centre

    • Skills and Experience

  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on prioritisation
  • Effective communication and liaison skills
  • Experience working in the dental industry is an advantage but not a necessity
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with your customers and the wider team
  • SAP experience from a past role will be seen as advantageous
  • Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently
