This role works closely with RMO's across services, the Chief Medical Officer, Union Partners and other senior stakeholders.Our ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of project management methodology, strong project planning skills, thrives under pressure, manage tight deadlines and shifting demands, provide high-level support and coordination in complex business environments with calm efficiency and a solutions-focused approachStaying exceptionally organised in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for attention to detail with accuracy and be confident working with large datasets whilst enjoy transforming information into meaningful reporting, makes you a great asset to the team.You will be required to lead and encourage team members and stakeholders to complete their tasks on time, drive the project from the beginning and planning stages, through to completion within tight timeframes and deadlines.This is a business and hospital staff facing role, and it will require you to have strong people skills and to be confident speaking with senior stakeholders across the board.Your background in healthcare or experience coordinating a RMO workforce and associated SECA's will be highly advantageous, as well as understanding of legal frameworks and contracts to ensure compliance.
