This way of working encourages and fosters collaboration amongst the team.
A trio of Product Manager, Designer and Engineering Lead are responsible for the planning and delivery of the stream's objectives.

Know our competitors like the back of your hand.
Turn research and data into sharp, actionable insights that drive design decisions.
Stay curious and ahead of the curve, spotting trends, testing ideas, and influencing product strategy.
Design with intent and ethics, always mindful of how our work impacts people and communities.
Sketch fast, test early, and learn quickly.
Use lo-fi methods to validate ideas, then turn the best ones into stunning, high-fidelity designs and prototypes that bring clarity and excitement.
Work hand-in-hand with product managers, engineers, and others to make ideas real.
Share progress, champion design thinking, and show how great design elevates every part of Auror.
Help evolve our design systems and processes.
Document decisions, mentor others, and leave the design org stronger than you found it.
