From campaign shoots to product showcases, field expeditions to studio sessions, this role is about bringing our brands to life through high-impact moving imagery that resonates with hunters, fishers, and outdoor enthusiasts globally.Key ResponsibilitiesContent CapturePlan, storyboard and shoot video content in alignment with briefs from Brand Managers and the Creative Director.Capture high-quality video across both field environments (hunting / fishing expeditions, rugged rural locations, boats, alpine hunts) and studio settings.Ensure audio, lighting, framing and composition meet professional standards, even in challenging outdoor conditions.Colour correct and colour grade video content to a high standard and to the styles required by brand managers.Work hand-in-hand with Brand Managers on campaign requirements and messaging.Support the Video Editor by delivering well-organised, labelled, and technically correct footage.Take creative direction from the Creative Director while contributing fresh ideas and visual approaches.Brand StorytellingCreate engaging brand and campaign videos that capture the ethos of Hunters Element and Desolve.Support sustainability storytelling, ambassador features, and lifestyle pieces that deepen brand connection.Capture authentic product usage that highlights technical performance in real environments.Additional SupportOccasionally step in for basic modelling / gear demonstrations when required.Assist with behind-the-scenes documentation of shoots for social / brand content.Editing supportSupport the video editor to edit video content to a high standard and to the styles required by brand managers.Success MeasuresHigh-quality footage consistently delivered to brief and deadline.Campaigns supported with visually striking, on-brand content that drives engagement and conversion.Strong collaboration and communication with brand / creative teams.Efficient organisation of shoots, footage, and gear, enabling smooth post-production.NOTE : We have our own purpose-built photo / video studio and equipment (cameras, lighting, sound etc)Skills, Qualifications and ExperienceQualification in film, video production, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)Technical skills : Camera operation (DSLR / mirrorless, cinema rigs, drones a plus), Lighting and audio capture (portable kits, location adaptability), Understanding of frame rates, codecs, resolution requirements for multi-platform distribution (social, web, retail, broadcast), Software : Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (bonus), Lightroom / Photoshop for basic stills editing.Minimum 1–2 years' videography experience (professional, freelance, or agency).
