However, the main expertise you'll be bringing to the business is excellence in web-based design, where you'll combine creative flair with strategic thinking to deliver high-performing, user-friendly, and conversion-optimised content within templated environments.You'll also work closely with marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure our digital presence is not only visually engaging and premium positioning, but also grounded in best practices for UX, UI, and SEO.Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Design, Maintenance & AnalyticsDesign, build, and maintain our website using our no-code CMS platforms (e.g. Squarespace, WordPress, or similar)Regularly update and optimize website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelinesContribute to A / B testing initiatives and applying SEO principles to content structure and presentation including conducting keyword research to identify relevant target keywords and optimise website content to suit, meta tags, headings, alt text, and URL structureMonitor website performance using analytics tools and identify opportunities for improving organic search rankingsStay up-to-date with SEO trends and best practices to ensure the website remains optimized and search engine friendlyUse data and user insights to inform design improvements and drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO)Create and build intuitive, user-focused layouts that reflect UX / UI best practicesUse analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, heatmaps) to track website traffic, user behaviour and journeys, and conversion rates to be able to make recommendations for improvements in UX and how to best optimise conversion rates360° DesignCollaborate with creative and marketing teams to design campaign materials consistent across integrated channels including print and digitalEnsure all design outputs are aligned with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and responsive design principlesBest-practice design of traditional formats, e.g. print, outdoor, with elevated design principles for our luxury positioning.Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in web design, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates UX / UI thinking and responsive designSolid understanding of SEO, CRO, and accessibility in a content and design context and experience implementing these strategiesExperience working and building within templated website environments and CMS platformsFamiliarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insightsProficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similarA good eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling across both print and digital formatsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAs we're a growing team with multiple projects on the go at once, we're looking for someone who's flexible, proactive, and happy to roll up their sleeves to get things done, even if it means learning something new.Nice to HaveExperience building custom reports in GA4Experience using Google Tag Manager.
