About the Role
We have an opportunity available for a Public Health Medicine Specialist to join our experienced, and supportive Screening team in Prevention.
This is a 6-month secondment or fixed term position at 0.6 FTE, with the potential to be extended. The Public Health Medicine Specialist is responsible for providing public health medicine advice and technical support for the on-going quality, monitoring and evaluation of the screening programmes.
You would undertake the statutory duties and responsibilities of a designated Medical Officer of Health or work towards designation within six months of appointment.
