Job DescriptionEnsure guest rooms, corridors, and storage areas are clean and well-maintained, with supplies replenished as needed.Report lost property and handle guest laundry according to hotel policy, maintaining our standards of service.Keep equipment clean and in good condition, reporting any issues and assisting with stocktaking.Maintain security of keys and guest rooms, staying observant and reporting any suspicious activity.Follow health and safety regulations for the proper use and storage of cleaning agents to ensure a safe environment.

QualificationsFlexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to changeTime management skills with the ability to multitask.Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members and Guests.Strong focus and passion for hotel operations.
