The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
Our service is an alternative tohospital admission, in a safe peaceful and supportive environment.It provides 6 beds for a short-term stay, and a variety ofrelaxing / therapeutic day programmes are available to our guests.
You will be reporting to the Team Coach and joining our team of Support Workers – all with a common purpose of supporting people experiencing mental distress. Referrals come from community mental health teams during standard office hours.

Day Shifts : 7 AM - 3.30 PM
Afternoon shifts : 3 PM - 11.30 PM
Night shifts (8 hours awake) : 11 PM - 7.30 AM
As a casual Support Worker, you will always have variety in your work. You will cover leave for permanent Support Workers - the hours of work are not regular and are offered when they become available. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and you will be based in Onehunga, Auckland.
