About the opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and detail-focused Quality Assurance Advisorto ensure our residential and support services meet the highest standards of care, compliance, and safety. In this role, you will lead quality systems, oversee internal audits, monitor performance data, and work closely with managers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and safeguarding. In doing this you will :
About you
You are an organised, proactive professional with experience in quality assurance, compliance, or internal auditing, ideally within the social services, or health sector. You have a deep understanding of sector standards and legislation, and you’re confident in working with staff at all levels to promote quality service delivery and compliance. Your strong communication skills, eye for detail, and commitment to culturally responsive practice allow you to balance compliance with a genuine focus on improving outcomes for the people we support.
