Overview

Location : Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. Join Pandora’s team as an Assistant Store Manager in our beautiful store.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach and motivate the in‑store team to achieve store targets and set an example in exemplary Pandora customer service.
• Focus on retail operations : stock control, store procedures, organise teams around the store to optimise sales, manage store security, team rotas and track the team’s sales performance.
• Run the successful trading of the store in the absence of the store manager.
• Maintain a strong retail floor presence, manage team presence around the store and influence the sales space.
• Train thoroughly in Pandora’s hand‑crafted luxury product to become a Pandora product expert and nurture and develop the store team to unlock their full potential.
