    We have an exciting newly created Financial Accounts Administrator role at our National Support Office in Parnell, Auckland within our accounts team to support the AR & AP functions, If you have a can-do attitude, great communication skills, and a background in accounts or administration then this is the role for you!

    Ko o kawenga   / Your responsibilities :

    Reporting the Accounts Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :

    • Setting up and maintaining supplier And client records in the ERP system.
    • Provide the credit collection services for the MOW's function.
    • Prepare and maintain Direct Debit master files Nationally, ensuring forms are sent and received back for all new customers and set up in DD Masterfile.
    • Raising monthly invoices, and working through large sets of data using Excel.
    • Site receipting- Customer payments to our sites are to be allocated to corresponding invoices.
    • Assist the wider AP & AR functions in times of absence & heavy workload.

      We would love to hear from you if you have the following :

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a customer-based accounts administration role.
    • Excellent communicator - confident and fluent when dealing with both clients and colleagues.
    • Demonstrates excellent initiative & proactiveness .
    • Secondary school qualification NCEA Level 1 or 2 , although relevant industry experience will be considered.
    • Strong Experience with all MS Office programmes - in particular Excel .
