About The Role
This is an immediate start, six-month fixed term contract with an opportunity for a permanent role after the initial contract.
We're looking for a hands-on digital marketer who's comfortable wearing many hats.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance digital strategy with traditional marketing support.
You'll lead the refresh of a dated digital presence — including website improvements, social media strategy, and EDM campaigns — while keeping promotional activity running smoothly in the lead-up to Christmas.
You'll also manage tools such as HubSpot, Photoshop, and Canva, create and update sales collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations), and work closely with the sales team to support B2B and B2C product marketing.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and improve the digital marketing strategy (website, social, EDMs, digital galleries)
Keep seasonal promotions on track and ensure campaigns land ahead of Christmas
Create and manage traditional marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, signage)
Oversee marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot)
Work alongside external agencies where needed to deliver campaigns
Provide creative ideas to refresh brand presence and challenge the status quo
About You
Strong digital marketing experience, ideally with some B2B exposure
Ability to manage both digital channels and traditional collateral
Confident with HubSpot (or similar CRM), Photoshop, Canva, EDM platforms
Content creation and copywriting skills (technical editing support available)
Comfortable working on-site most of the time with some ad-hoc flexibility
Creative, proactive, and able to bring fresh energy to a fast-changing business
