Job Description

We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Loss Prevention Officer to join our team.

Your main focus will be preventing theft and ensuring the safety of our staff and customers.

This is a permanent full-time role with the following days of work :

Sunday to Thursday

Key Responsibilities

Monitor security cameras

Maintain a visible presence on the shop-floor

Interact with customers and address their concerns

Upload events onto our crime reporting platform

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role such as retail or hospitality.

Not required but beneficial.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and stand for extended periods.

Experience in conflict resolution and de-escalation, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
