Barista / Bar Attendant

Role overview

We are looking for 2 full time Baristas / Bar Attendant for JLM company limited T / as Oregano Restaurant and Bar at Marsden marina, Marsden Cove, One tree point.Hours 30 per week

Prepare and serve coctails, mixed drink, bottled / canned bevrages and coffee making.

Clean and maintain bar and coffee prep areas; handle esspesso machine upkeep

Operatecash register systems and process payment accurately

Promote specials and product offerings

Wash glasseware; clean and organise bottles and display areas

Tap keg, handle supply lines and re stock refrigerators / displays.

Serve food as required

Qualification and experience

At least one year experience as Barista or bar tending

Familiarity with bevrage prepration and equipment maintenance

Stroong customer service and cash handling skills
