Our fast-paced logistics hub in Northland based in Kamo, Whangārei is actively seeking an experienced Delivery Driver (Class 2) to join the team promptly.
As a Delivery Driver at Service Foods, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in pristine condition.

- Days of work : Monday to Saturday
- Hours : 06.00 am- 02.00 pm (depending on the run).

The main responsibilities include :
Safely operate delivery vehicles (vans and trucks) to transport goodsLoad and unload products, ensuring they are transported securely and safely.Deliver goods according to customer orders in a timely mannerMaintain accurate delivery logs and documentationProvide outstanding customer service by interacting professionally with clientsAdhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and efficient deliveryReport any vehicle maintenance issues promptlyAssist with other warehouse duties when not on delivery runsFill vehicles with fuel and report on any maintenance requirementPerform daily checks – oils, coolant, WOF etc.Wash and clean trucks or other vehicles when requiredThe candidate :
a full Class 2 drivers licence , must be able to drive manualHave clear communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of central and wider Auckland region is desirableReasonably good literacy and numeracy skillsBe confident, reliable, flexible and have attention to detailClean driving and criminal recordsHave prior NZ experience and knowledge of basic food ingredients.Be physically strong and fit; should be able to lift up to 25 kg.Possess good organizational and time management skills.Be a team player with a positive attitudeHave reliable transport for commuteIf you are a responsible and dedicated individual passionate about delivering high-quality food products and providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
