NZCL is looking for energetic and motivated people to support our clients in residential service in Palmerston North.We are looking for permanent full time and part time Support Workers to work alongside, coach and mentor Rangatahi and Tamariki in our Intensive Support Services in Palmerston North.What does a Support Worker do?

| Ko wai ta tatou e rapu anaA desire to support rangitahi / young people to learn new skills and achieve outcomes.Previous experience working with young people / rangitahi.An understanding of intellectual disability and autism.Creativity and a team player with out-of-the-box thinking.A full NZ driver's license.Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness are important as the people we support come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and interests.If you are passionate about supporting people, there may be a role for you here.
