Our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs safeguard products you use daily—from clothes and footwear to toys, electronics, appliances, and furniture.Our operations team delivers industry-leading services to clients while adhering to QIMA standards of quality.ResponsibilitiesAudit the manufacturing sites of our clients' suppliers, sometimes without warning.

Areas of focus include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and other standards per international norms or client procedures.Be vigilant for violations, engage with factory management, and document findings in detailed reports for clients.Maintain integrity in all audits due to potential impacts on suppliers, workers, and clients.Provide expertise in client meetings to help create custom quality control procedures based on specific requirements (as requested).

Contribute ideas to improve the quality of Operations projects.QualificationsHigher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field.APSCA registered at CSCA level (Mandatory).

Strong knowledge of SA8000 / ISO14001 / ICTI / C-TPAT / WRAP / BSCI.Experience in 3rd party auditing; environmental audit experience preferred.Experience with SMETA / BSCI / SA8000 or mixed audits within the last 12 months.Good command of English (spoken and written).
