About Objective :

At Objective, we create software that makes a difference. With over 400 people and five development labs spread across Australia, New Zealand, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom, Objective is a leading developer of SaaS solutions for the government.

Our role :

The Technical Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality SaaS software systems. This includes bringing strong skills in analysis, design, programming, and testing to support the transition of our platform to an AWS-hosted SaaS solution.

The role involves technical leadership and accountability for enabling fellow team members to grow as software engineers on the cloud space.

The role reports to the Development Director and will be responsible to provide oversight and feedback to the development squad through a dotted-line reporting structure.
