Rare opportunity to join a world leading specialist luxury retailer seeking a Boutique Store Manager to lead their prestigious boutique in the CBD.

The Role and Company : This leading global luxury retailer is searching for a Boutique Store Manager. Fabulous CBD location, great company culture. Established in 1979, our client is one of the world's leading specialist luxury retailers with over 45 boutiques across the globe! Recently rebranded and new journey centred around a beautiful storytelling culture, creating lifetime relationships with their clients comes naturally through their fascinating history of authentic luxury retail! Within this role as Boutique Store Manager you will :

  • Oversee the complete store
  • Sales management
  • Team management
  • Inventory management and administration
  • Support the floor as needed
  • Assist with repairs and enquiries
  • Ensure seamless customer service / after sales service

    • About you?

  • 5+ years management experience
  • Well-presented and excellent communication skills
  • Luxury experience an advantage within the premium / luxury sector and jewellery sector
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving sales success in a retail environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
  • Knowledge of overall store operations including >

    • stock control, inventory management, merchandising, team management, administration duties, team training and customer service standards

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
