Handled day-to-day operations, responding to requests and resolving issues promptly.
Ensured all requests were communicated and attended to quickly, prioritising urgent needs.
Managed meeting room bookings and set up rooms according to user requirements, ensuring everything is ready to use.
Supported asset management processes, including proper recording and retiring of equipment.
Managed allocation and tracking of lockers, cabinets, and pedestals for staff.
Arranged for digital signage updates to be displayed at various locations.
Coordinated vendor access and documentation for onsite work, ensuring all approvals were obtained.
Scheduled and coordinated vendors and contractors servicing.
Managed consumable inventory, including stationery, pantry items, and barista supplies.
Purchased materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support admin operations.
Submitted monthly printer readings and maintained user access by adding new hires and removing resigned staff.
Prepared new hire mail slots and retrieved mail slots for departing employees.
Managed incoming and outgoing mail / parcels, including internal distribution and user communication.
Handled daily mail and newspaper management.
Oversaw meeting room bookings and visitor registration.
Managed reception duties, greeting visitors and handling general enquiries.
Managed staff badges and assisted with access-related requests.
Answered and screened incoming calls, ensuring the reception desk was staffed at all times.
Recorded received cheques in Excel and arranged monthly courier pickups for cheque deposits.
Coordinated monthly courier shipments for archiving invoices to the AP team in India.
