Job Description As a Programme Manager , you'll be the friendly face that makes the Stay and Play Programme unforgettable for children.

You'll be working a minimum of 10 hours per week , rostered across Monday - Friday, 2.30pm - 6pm, with potential school holiday programme hours available.

This will initially be a roaming position across Addington, Fendalton and Selwyn house sites.

Referral bonus – bring awesome people into our team and earn up to $250 per referral Work-life balance – no weekend work and the middle of the day free for your own time Employee Assistance Programme – access wellbeing support when you need it A fun, supportive crew who love what they do and celebrate each other's wins Qualifications We'd love to hear from you if you : Have the right to work in New Zealand (valid visa or citizenship) Can get to Addington, Selwyn house Fendalton site(s) with reliable transportation and / or a vehicle Bring your enthusiasm and leadership for working with kids – whether through coaching, teaching, mentoring, or running activities, you know how to inspire and guide Tamariki Have proven experience leading or organising before after school programmes (or similar children's services) is a big plus – we're looking for someone who can manage operations, people, and create awesome experiences for kids Are over the age of 20 years old, in order to comply with Social Security (Childcare Assistance) Regulations
