What the role is all about : As our Parts Manager, you'll lead the way in all things parts and stock management while delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.

You'll handle everything from sales and stock control to merchandising and administration – all while keeping the wheels turning (literally!) for our busy service department.

Key responsibilities

Driving day-to-day sales of parts and achieving profitability objectives.

Ordering and managing stock for both the service department and our customers.

Ensuring our showroom and merchandising displays shine.

Handling customer inquiries at the counter, over the phone, and via email.

Supporting the Parts Operations Manager and working closely with the Agricentre South team.

Managing administration, invoicing, and stock takes with accuracy and attention to detail.

What we're looking for

We want someone who can confidently problem-solve and grow the business while keeping our customers at the heart of everything they do.

You'll need to bring :

Strong business acumen and a drive to grow sales.

Confidence in dealing with people at all levels.

Solid mechanical knowledge and sound sales skills.

Great problem-solving abilities and the confidence to back your decisions.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A knack for multi-tasking in a busy environment.

Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Accuracy with numbers and data input.

Health & Safety Leadership
