Archway is partnering with a respected architectural firm with studios across New Zealand and Australia, and we're looking for an Architectural Graduate to join their Christchurch team. This role will suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive studio environment and is keen to contribute to technically complex, large-scale projects that make a tangible impact on communities.

About The Role

You’ll work closely with Senior Architects and multidisciplinary project teams, contributing to design, documentation, coordination, and project delivery. The work spans a range of public and commercial sectors, and experience with complex environments will be highly valued.

What We're Looking For

• A tertiary qualification in Architecture
• 3+ years of experience in an architectural practice
• Confidence working on large-scale commercial, government, justice, police or custodial projects (or a strong interest in developing in this area)
• Strong design and technical capability, with solid construction and detailing knowledge
• Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with BIM workflows
• Excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and support junior staff when needed
