Overview

Become a WSP Cadet and you will be supported to achieve a New Zealand Diploma in Civil Engineering while gaining practical work experience on a range of projects throughout our business.

Responsibilities

Participate in on-the-job learning and contribute to civil engineering projects under supervision while pursuing the NZ Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Qualifications

Interest in starting or retraining a career in engineering; motivated to learn and develop skills.

Applicants may be asked to provide information related to work entitlement in New Zealand, criminal history, driver license, medical conditions, and other disclosures as part of the application process.

Evidence of pursuing or holding relevant qualifications (e.g., pursuing or completed NZ Diploma in Civil Engineering).
