Reporting directly to the National Field Sales Manager, you will drive sales and margin growth through execution of channel promotions and sales initiatives with a focus on branded consumable lines to increase distribution into all Supermarket Accounts within the Canterbury region.
You will educate staff on Masterpet's product range and utilise store review processes to highlight and address commercial opportunities that add value.
Strong relationship and communication skills are critical to success.
No overnight stays required.ResponsibilitiesPresent store reviews and customer insights.Ensure national sales plans are effectively implemented and objectives and targets are achieved.Manage display and promotional activity.Achieve sales budget for your territory.Achieve distribution targets for NPD and core lines.Utilise data and insights to identify new opportunities.Manage shelf presence across a wide variety of stores.What we are looking forProven success as a Territory Manager within the Grocery Industry.Ability to demonstrate experience executing channel promotions and activities.Ability to analyse and interpret scanned sales data, specifically Dunnhub?
