Strong skills inwhakawhanaungatanga, collaboration, and respectful communication are essential, along with the ability to form meaningful connections with whanau,tamariki, and fellowkaiako.

A passion for Te Ao Maori and cultural inclusivity is vital.

Integrate TeWhariki into daily practices, creating a rich, intentional curriculum.
