We're looking for a Global Club Marketing Lead – Growth to help deliver our global B2B paid media strategy and marketing campaigns that drive growth for clubs and instructors.

About the role
Design and execute global paid media campaigns to drive club pipeline growth and instructor recruitment.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams across the globe, specifically in the US, UK and Germany.
Develop marketing assets for B2B campaigns across ad creative, messaging and websites, in collaboration with internal teams.
Drive the day-to-day operations with media agencies and external partners.
Monitor and optimise campaign performance using data to drive decision-making.
Develop and deliver reporting on paid activity to our marketing teammates across the globe.
Champion a test-and-learn approach to enhance performance and uncover new opportunities.
About you
3+ years' experience in digital marketing across paid and organic acquisition channels.
Skilled in briefing and managing creative, digital, and media agency relationships.
Strong understanding of media performance metrics (CPM, CPA, CPC, LTV) and data-driven decision-making.
Experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and project management platforms (JIRA, Miro, Confluence).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
