The focus is on providing hands‑on support and actionable advice to help the brand effectively engage audiences, increase visibility, and establish a consistent posting strategy across key platforms. The mentorship will be conducted remotely, with flexibility regarding the duration and structure based on the mentor’s recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Assess current social media activity and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop a tailored posting strategy for real estate and handyman services
  • Advise on content creation, scheduling, and platform selection (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Provide best practices for audience engagement and brand consistency
  • Offer hands‑on demonstrations and feedback on posts and campaigns
  • Guide on analytics tracking and performance measurement
  • Support the team in implementing new tactics and refining their approach over time

Skills and Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and mentoring social media for brands, preferably in real estate or related sectors

  • Proficiency with major social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and provide actionable feedback
