Key Responsibilities
Efficiently maintain, load, and unload your service vehicle to ensure you are fully prepared for your scheduled assignmentsConduct thorough inspections at residential customer sites to identify signs of pest activity and determine suitable treatment plansApply effective pest control solutions and provide expert advice to customers on prevention and ongoing managementIdentify hygiene risks and environmental concerns, working towards creating safer, healthier spaces for clients and their teamsAccurately complete digital service reports after each visit to document the work performed and any recommendations madeDeliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude in all interactionsStay attentive to customer needs and look for opportunities to recommend additional services that add value and improve outcomesA Successful Candidate Will Have
Class 1 Full NZ driver’s licence with a clean driving recordA clean criminal recordA genuine love for the outdoors and our local environmentsExcellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain and grow client relationshipsA safety‑first mindset and the ability to follow strict and evolving health & safety proceduresConfident using a mobile phone service app and devicesComfortable working independently in the field, while also having a "one team" mindsetWillingness to travel long distances and stay away overnight when requiredBeing physically strong and able, comfortable working outdoors in varying environmental conditionsHigh attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targetsWillingness to learn and grow within the company while embracing our core valuesDesirable, But Not Essential
Previous knowledge of pest control methods and regulationsNew Zealand Certificate in Pest Operations (Level 3) – Urban Pest ControlWorking at Heights and EWP licences and experienceCurrent NZ Firearm LicenceAbility to drive a manual vehicleApplicants currently must have the right to live and work permanently in New Zealand.
