About the role
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an Agri Manager to join the team. You’ll be the vital link between our innovative herd improvement solutions and the farmers who rely on them. You’ll champion customer relationships, drive sales performance, and bring the voice of the customer into everything we do. This role is about making a real impact—helping farmers optimise their livestock, grow sustainable businesses, and shape the future of dairy farming in New Zealand. The position covers the Thames, Coromandel and Waihi areas.

About You
Making connections and building relationships comes naturally to you, and you genuinely enjoy customer interactions. Having a background in dairy would be advantageous, but most importantly, you’ll understand and empathise with the unique challenges our farmers face and build trust and credibility with them.
You’ll be able to use data and insights to make effective decisions and use this information to come well‑prepared to your customer visits.
