HCP is governed by the Board of THINK Hauora and the day-to-day operation is overseen by HCP Practice Manager, who is supported by Clinical and Administration Leads.Kimiora preamble - A group of Iwi, Consumer, Nurse Practitioners and Think Hauora, who are dedicated to whaanaungatanga a sense of connection and belonging.

If you are a customer centric individual who understands the importance of communicating clearly, and you have previous experience of working in a busy environment with a focus on customer satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.What will set you apart, is your natural approach to assisting patients and internal staff, ability to receive visitors / staff, a polite and helpful telephone manner and ability to genuinely be resourceful, work independently and flex to what's required.You will have well-rounded interpersonal skills to relate to members of the public and your colleagues.

You will need to be a good listener, be able to answer queries promptly and adapt your behaviours to engage with callers whilst always showing patience, sensitivity and confidentiality.So, what is this role all about?

Being the face of Kimiora and ensuring the patient's experience is positive.Work with your team to ensure the smooth running of reception and support the delivery of quality patient care.Play a pivotal role in the patient and whanau experience and have a direct impact on the Practice's ability to provide effective patient care.Actively engage in respectful relationships with all patients and their support networks to encourage participation in the delivery of care.Patients will feel heard, have their queries answered promptly, will be shown patience, sensitivity and confidentiality.You will be required to work across reception, receive inbound calls, make patient bookings, and carry out general administrative duties.The internal focus is liaison with staff and communication of patient expectations, needs and any other issues that require attention.To apply for this role, please Apply Now viaSeek .
