Pharmacist

We will have you working at the top of your game. If you like general dispensing, rest‑home / care facility work, vaccination, OTC, professional consults and working closely with our many primary care friends in our local area, have we got the role for you! We currently have a team of 11 Pharmacists, 4 Technicians, 13 retail assistants and 2 office staff for you to join and help us create great healthcare outcomes for our very large patient base.

Our dispensary is large and modern with up to date technologies to help us, and big enough so you won't be running into your new workmates / friends. During the weekdays you will be part of a big group, but on Sundays you will be the sole charge pharmacist, with the support of 2 dispensary team members and 5 experienced retail experts. We will expect any applicant to be well versed in all things "pharmacist"y, or at least be willing to be upskilled in these things.

This is a full‑time position : Sunday to Thursday.

Hours will be Sunday 9 : 40am - 5pm and Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm.

Do you have what we are looking for?

You must be a New Zealand Registered Pharmacist with a current APC to apply for this position.

Minimum 1 year experience as a Pharmacist in New Zealand.

A highly motivated, energetic people person.

Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming.

We will only engage with applicants who either currently hold a New Zealand APC or are on the non‑practicing register.
