From new store rollouts to renewals, make-goods, and landlord negotiations, you'll be our go-to expert.What You'll Be DoingEnd-to-end management of all retail leases and property-related mattersLeading lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviewsIdentifying and securing new retail locations in line with business strategyManaging make-goods, refurbishments, and store closuresBuilding strong relationships with landlords, agents, and internal stakeholdersDriving cost efficiencies and risk mitigation across the property portfolioManage the store maintenance processWhat You'll BringProven experience in a senior property role within a multi-site retail environmentStrong negotiation and commercial acumenSolid understanding of retail leasing legislation and practices (nationally)Experience managing property strategy at a national levelAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsTertiary qualifications in Property, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)Why Join Us?
