CONTACT CENTRE REP - CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Hamilton, Full Time, Customer Service

The automotive industry is on a fascinating journey. We're shifting to electric vehicles, to digital retail models and, over time, to autonomous vehicles. All big-ticket items, but the most interesting challenge we face is in meeting the changing expectations of our customers.

To help us achieve this ambition we need a CONTACT CENTRE REPRESENTATIVE to support us delivering an outstanding customer experience as part of our internal contact centre.

The ideal candidate will have :

  • At least 1 years' experience in a relevant customer contact role
  • A genuine desire to improve customer experience in a large, established organisation
  • The ability to commit to, and desire to meet, KPIs
  • Excellent oral communication and listening ability combined with a passion for customer support and sales
  • The ability to own customer issues and see them through to a productive resolution
  • The ability to contribute to a progressive and successful culture
  • Candidates with the following will be preferred :

  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Good data entry skills and experience using business software
  • You will be a member of a growing contact centre with a group-wide remit and the role will allow you to work across a number of high-profile brands.
