Join our innovative and passionate junior faculty as a curriculum leader for 2026. This middle leadership role is ideal for an experienced educator excited by the challenge of shaping high-quality teaching and learning across Y7 or 8 homerooms. You’ll help drive our knowledge-rich curriculum, lead collaborative planning, and support teachers to deliver instruction that aligns with our commitment to the science of learning and explicit teaching practices.

You’ll also teach your own homeroom class, giving you the chance to model great practice and lead from within.

We’re looking for someone with strong subject knowledge, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to consistency, clarity, and high expectations in curriculum delivery.

This position will commence at the start of term 1, 2026.

The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the Secondary Teachers' Collective Agreement. The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range from $61,329 to $103,086 depending on applicants' qualifications and experience. Individuals' actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
