The Opportunity :

We are looking for a motivated store person to join the warehouse team at our Meadowfresh site in Christchurch.

You will possess a willingness and an aptitude to learn and ideally have some warehouse experience.

To ensure success in this role; you will have Good physical strength and a good eye for detail especially with regards to safety and housekeeping.

Both Day and Night Shifts available : Rotational shifts – 6am to 6pm (day shift) or 6pm to 6am (night shift)

Pay rate : $31.77 + shift allowances for night shift

Key accountabilities of the role include :

• Ensure incoming goods are checked and signed for as per internal procedures.
• Ensure product is unloaded as per packing slip and all care is taken so unloaded product remains in good condition.
• Ensure outgoing goods are checked, loaded and signed for as per internal procedure.
• Ensure packaging is supplied to the UHT and Milk Station productions team in a timely manner as per internal procedure.
• Assist in weekly stock take counting program ensuring accuracy standards are maintained.
• Booking out and receipting stock using SAP software.
• General house keeping duties
• Health and Safety minded and prepared to contribute and report hazards constructively.
