Head Brewer – Waiheke Island

Only a four-minute drive from one of New Zealand’s top beaches, our microbrewery is designed to the highest specifications and sits within our Estate on Waiheke Island.

Here at Alibi, we are looking for someone who is passionate, creative and excited to take the leap into the next step in their career, and run with the baton of momentum and reputation our previous brewers have proudly built. You will be responsible for the full brewing process so this role would be best suited to someone who enjoys getting stuck in, has a lot of ideas in the pipeline for their next brews, and is ready to get chatting to our guests and partners to highlight what we bring to the industry.

Start date : Start of December 2025

Hours : Ideally full-time, negotiable
