You will act as the crucial link, cutting through complexity with multiple vendors and stakeholders to maintain laser focus on delivery and rally teams under pressure.Core FocusOwn and relentlessly prioritize the backlog (Epics, Features, Stories) as the single source of truth.Establish and communicate the product roadmap aligned with strategic goals.Maximize business value through effective backlog management and stakeholder engagement.Partner with Delivery Leads, providing the 'What' and 'Why' to guide the Agile Release Train (ART).
