Are you ready to shape the future of Generative AI in enterprise environments? Theta is seeking a GenAI Specialist - Lead Consultant and we are looking for a visionary technologist to lead the charge.

This isn't just another tech job. It's a chance to be a founding member of our GenAI Centre of Excellence (CoE), where you'll architect and deliver transformative AI solutions that redefine how businesses operate. You'll work alongside a squad of brilliant minds, collaborate across practices, and engage directly with customers to bring real-world impact through AI.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of GenAI solutions across text, image, and audio modalities
• Build production-ready PoCs and integrate services using modern SDKs / APIs
• Drive best practices in AI safety, performance tuning, and observability
• Take ownership of secure and responsible AI development - including token / secret hygiene, PII protection, content safety, and prompt injection prevention
• Participate in activities and providing pre-sales demos, scope projects, and mentor both clients and consultants
• Contribute to and lead approved R&D initiatives and help shape Theta's AI strategy
