About the role :
We now have an opening for a Service Ownership Specialist to join our Service Ownership Practice - the team who own Software Asset Management, End of Support, IT Service Continuity management, and our Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
This role will mostly focus on uplifting our Software Asset Management (SAM) and End of Support (EOS) capability, while helping out with other accountabilities as required.
You will be part of a small team responsible for managing, maintaining, and reporting on our IT asset life-cycle management processes, using tools such as Snow and ServiceNow. As SAM and EOS are fairly new capabilities at ASB, a strong background in Process Improvement, Data Analysis and Reporting would be an advantage.
