What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll oversee Executive Assistants, Recruitment, Finance, Events, IT, and Admin teams , ensuring all operations are smooth, aligned, and high-performing. You’ll work closely with leadership to solve problems, streamline processes, and support departments in achieving their goals.
You will :
Lead and mentor department leads across EAs, Recruitment, Finance, Events, IT, and Admin, ensuring clarity, accountability, and operational excellenceFacilitate regular check-ins with teams to identify workflow blockers or resourcing gapsDevelop, maintain, and enforce SOPs and workflow documentation across all functional areasOversee company-wide project management systems (ClickUp, HubSpot, or equivalent) and ensure adoption across teamsManage strategic projects, tracking milestones, responsibilities, and deadlines to ensure ≥90% on-time deliveryTroubleshoot operational issues proactively and implement mitigation strategiesMaintain dashboards and KPIs to track team performance, productivity, and operational outcomesFacilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and collaboration across all departmentsPartner with senior leadership to scope and execute strategic initiatives, special projects, and process improvementsIntroduce workflow, system, and IT infrastructure enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and standardise practicesWho You Are
You’re a proactive, highly organised operations leader who thrives on operational excellence. You can see the big picture while managing the smallest details, and you know how to translate strategy into smooth execution.
You bring :
Proven experience managing multiple operational teams, ideally including administrative, recruitment, finance, events, IT, and EA functionsStrong team leadership skills, coaching capability, and experience resolving workflow issuesExpertise in system and process optimisation, driving adoption of tools and continuous improvementProject ownership experience, delivering complex initiatives on time and within scopeExcellent internal communication skills, enabling cross-functional clarity and alignmentStrong data literacy and experience tracking KPIs to drive operational performanceAbility to manage strategic initiatives and pilot innovative projects with minimal oversightComfort with project management, workflow, and IT systems (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, HubSpot, and IT infrastructure tools)High attention to detail without losing sight of strategic goalsAdaptable, calm under pressure, and solution-focusedA sense of humour, team spirit, and passion for continuous improvementWhy Join Us?
