About The Role

As a Front Office Agent , you will play a vital role in creating memorable stays for our guests — from the moment they arrive until their departure. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines front-of-house administration with on-the-ground guest support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serving as the central communication point for the hotel
• Managing guest arrivals and departures with warmth and efficiency
• Coordinating room reservations and handling guest correspondence
• Assisting with guest activities and lodge experiences
• Collating guest accounts, balancing daily audits, and completing administrative tasks
• Assisting with guest luggage, valet parking, and maintaining guest vehicles
• Supporting the wider lodge team with operational tasks as required

Due to our private and remote location, reliable personal transport is essential. Applicants must have a valid working holiday visa or New Zealand work rights.
