About the role

As a Retail Coordinator you will hold a unique and varied position in the Repco store. Using your creative ability, you will help decide on product placement & promotions, merchandising & store presentation, while also being an integral part of the customer service team and assisting customers on the shop floor. As a fun and energetic team member your role includes product placement, merchandising, ensuring the store is kept well stocked and tidy alongside providing fantastic customer service. Specific duties include :

Who we’re looking for

Previous retail experience is essential for this role, and ideally within a similar role where you've had exposure to merchandising. Not only will you contribute on the shop floor with your strong customer services skills and helping our customers, but also demonstrate a creative flare for store presentation. We are looking for :
